Here are the first few intital starts of what came from my lists of brainstorming. All in drawing inks and letting the materials do the work for me, I made these little thumbnails on A6 by applying ink using blunt edges of card or simply dripping ink and blowing it to create some kind of composition which was really based on chance. However with this technique I found that it really restricted what I was trying to do because of the scale so I needed to increase or make what I drawing simpler so I could make it clearer and not totally abstract.
